Just perfect
This is a gorgeous hotel. It occupies the upper floors of the Saigon Center and what’s great about that is that you have easy access into the mall and food courts. The shining star, of course, is the pool. It’s amazing and has a wonderful view (although I didn’t see any sort of bar or service up there). The trim I was in was small but cozy, and had an amazing waterfall shower. I absolutely loved this place and would stay there again without hesitation if I find myself back in HCMC.

Good location
The room and location of the place is lovely, it’s a shame about the reception staff. The women are so unhelpful, at check in she didn’t tell us anything no info on pool gym etc. at check out we sat there for about 10 mins I asked her what was taking so long and she said nothing and if we’d taken everything from the room… literally left us sitting there just a very poor unwelcoming service.

The only negative about this hotel (and it's a big negative) is that grab doesn't recognize this location. During my stay, I book grab food delivery, grabbike, and grabcar almost daily. Almost every single time, the grab person will have trouble finding this entrance. Perhaps the hotel needs to work with Grab app to organize the map location to make it easier, because grab drivers will always get confused.

Location with a View
Highlights: Views, Location and Gym Looking for a place to stay in a great location, while getting in an awesome workout and enjoying a stunning view? Then this is your place! Staff are also attentive! Breakfast was just ok, but can’t complain as it was free. ...though wish they had included it in our rate when we paid to check-in early. The surprise treats in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary were a nice surprise.

We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and laundry room. It was fantastic. Each room had it's own temperature setting. There were utensils and laundry soap. Couldn't be better!
