Had a difficult time getting into the parking garage. No reception area. Had to go upstairs to the bar who told me that they have someone else that runs the parking for their hotel. l called them and of course they didn’t answer. It took us about an hour to get to our room and get things straightened out. was not happy with that… room was perfect for four people and an overnight.

The apart-hotel is brand new, well decorated, comfortable bed, but quite small for a couple, fast lift, roof-top bar rest, train station on your feet that tskes you faster to Zurich central or airport…If you are luck to get a room opposite to trein station or high floor , you can avoid noise from the treins.

Budget-friendly and near the Airport
It was a good stay. It's not far from the airport and it's about 20 mins away from Zurich HB. The Glattbrugg Train Station is about a 2-min walk so it's very convenient. This was our best option in terms of finding a budget friendly, clean, and comfortable stay - we booked the option with 2 rooms which was great for our party of 3. Communication is all virtual, look at your e-mails and heads up, there's no receptionist at the building. Don't expect staff to clean your apartment unless you're staying for more than 7 days. My only complaint was that they are stingy when it comes to replenishing consummables. They'll provide you with 1 smal bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and that's it. I asked for more since we were a group of 3 staying for 3 nights but to no avail. Also, If you're gonna rent a car, download the parking app which will allow you to reserve a parking spot.

Excellent that the laundry room was free of charge for the residents but whem I was doing my laundry after 6 pm.; the laundry maid for the bed linen of the appartments was still there. The machine for the staff should be commercial or even be industrial machines. It seems to take her forever to try and dry the linens.

Nice place but no air conditioning. It was hot outside and hotter inside. No ventilation in the hallways. The room had a narrow little window, but no way to get the air to move. They did provide fans which helped a little. Very close to Glatbrugg rail stop (train, tram and bus) so was easy to get to Downtown Zurich, the airport, and other places. The little restaurant on the 7th floor was good but minimal selections.

Ok stay
The room is quite stuffy despite the AC being on and the elevators are dirty with garbage inside. There is no black out curtain so the light filters in through the beige curtain. The staff did provide me with an adapter upon my request but the customer service response is spotty since I asked to change my room and they did not send me a payment link to move to another room. The shower usually runs suddenly hot and cold and there is no room luggage storage. There is however a laundry room for guests to do laundry for free. Train is noisy throughout the night but is close to the train station.

Great place to stay while travelling. We loved how easy the check-in process was, which was just an email with the code to our apartment. Rooms were clean, bathroom was large, and we enjoyed having a kitchenette with a coffee machine also. The free laundry service was really helpful. Tried out the gym as well, very small but good if you are only staying for a couple of days.
