I stayed here before attending a concert across the street at the stadium. The room was smallish compared to a room in the US but a good size for Europe. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a room with a balcony that was spacious. I did make a mistake and didn't fully close the balcony door so the bathroom was crawling with bugs. Also only about 1/3 of the channels on the television worked - nitpicky I realize but I wanted to see some news and none of the English language or French news stations worked. Breakfast was expensive - but I realize I was in Switzerland so that was on-brand - however it kept me going all day. There is a tram line that takes you into the center of city in front of the hotel so transportation is very easy.

High variability in personnel’s attitude
The room was fine and the check out personnel as very nice. But not the checkin personnel. Front desk people need to learn to welcome travelers by acknowledging them with a warm greeting and smile when they walk in towards the reception. One never has a second chance to make a good first impression.
