Not what expected from a 4 Star hotel
Location wise this is a great place by the Zurich airport. Easy access to town and to the train station via #10 tram that stops a block and a half away. Bedding was horrible for a 4 star hotel. Bed was made up with a top non fitted sheet that kept on slipping off the plastic cover. They only provided two single size duvets that were too hot to use as the room ac was too hot at the end of the summer. The thermostat will not allow you to lower the temperature enough for comfort. We had to order extra top sheet to cover up. Towels were of unimpressive quality for a 4 star hotel. Shower was comfortable, but towel warmer was not operational. Soap dispensers we’re both broken or did not have the correct bottles that are supposed to be used with them. The door to the room did not have an operational safety lock. The button that is supposed to prevent magnetic cards from opening the door did nothing and the chain was non existent. The hotel boasted airport transfer but it is only from airport, to go back to the airport you must pay CHF 5 per person to use shuttle. Also a minibar/fridge was offered but non existent in the room.

We had a nice one night stay there. We arrived late after 6.5 hour flight and check in was efficient and friendly. We left after breakfast which was included we were very happy with what was offered and the freshness of food.
