It is not really a 5 star hotel. It is Ok but worn out and some areas need renovation. It is expensive because it is close to states. For this sort of money you can get 2-3 better quality in Asia. The worst part was the „infinity club”. Huge men looking really doggy trying to convince you to get the membership. Don’t fall for it. That’s the main reason for „average” and a reason why we will not be back at this resort. Food was great!

I liked this property for my first time in Cancun I felt safe and secure but there was better options out there and everyone around here wants a tip and the elevators are so slow. They do provide cenotes and isla mujeres guides and packages but it is way cheaper if you go by yourself in an ado bus if on budget but it was fun having a tour guide they look after you and make you feel comfortable but they also expect a tip.

The description doesn’t match the resort about how many restaurant they had, They only way you have access to all the perks is by becoming a member of their time share called infinity luxury club. We went on a tour to this, and even the own staff stated that they will treat you differently if you become a member. treatment if you become an infinity member when we had one of the most expensive room in that small ugly resort. Room service is up to 10pm and some of the staff need customers services class. Never again will I attend that resort or anything that infinity time share. The worst experience I ever had in a resort in my whole life of traveling.
