Great place for adults
staff very attentive and friendly. This hotel seems less hectic and mor adult oriented than the neighboring Swan and Dolphin. Price of rooms is high, but the property is nice enough to justify.

Perfect
Excellent family stay. We reserved 2 rooms with no view and they upgraded us to beautiful rooms with views of the parks. We were able to watch fireworks and clearly see the Epcot globe. I was originally disappointed to not be able to reserve The Dolphin but, after my stay at Swan Reserve, The Swan Reserve will always be my first choice.

Stay at Dolphin or Swan. More for you money.
Would rather stay at dolphin or swan. Beds too hard. Pillows way too hard. Restaurant closed for private party w no notice. Had to ask twice for microwave.

Good but be aware of a lot of daily fees
Location is great, hotel is nice and clean, however for paying $550 - $660 per night, they have all these extra fees to offer wifi, or get $30 off $230 spa usage and etc. Those fees and taxes added up to over a $100 a day. Then what are we paying for at the expensive rate per night. Just be aware of a lot of daily fees when booking this hotel.

Great location but many hidden fees after you book
Love the location, however the price to book this hotel is already pricey but they have so many (so many) fees they charge you daily. I don't understand if you are paying so much to stay each night, why there is a resort package fee and this is for wifi and etc. I dislike all the hidden daily fees, it is dishonest and more people should speak up about it.

What a great stay. Front desk was always cheerful and happy to answer any questions. My room had a view of EPCOT, and it was VERY quiet, dodnt hear any noise from any room near mine.
