I’ve stayed here before as work at airport thought I’d give it another go. Wrong choice old dated room but freezing cold and soulless. Even with heater provided it was cold and rooms very dark.

Bad experience
Not good, the room i was given was cold as the heater wasn't working so had to go down to reception to report it, they sent maintenance man who couldn't fix the problem which i was then given another room and found that the heaters worked but as i was cold prior i had to drink more tea which ran out quickly. Thought i would take a hot shower which wasn't hot the water warm on that i decided to leave. Didn't want to complain again i will be contacting to get a refund. Not impressed 😕

Great value for money
The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay close to the airport.
