Poor upkeep, poor service
After checking in online and confirming that we would be arriving late, we arrived to find that our reservation was given away and that the hotel was fully booked. After the employee a the desk physically went to look for an available room, we were given the very last room which was an ADA accessible room and we had to move to another room ther next afternoon when some other rooms opened up. Other issues:
1) All guests could only receive one key, per room,
2) The door lock didn't work and we waited for 2 hours to get in while they tried to fix. when we finally got in we could not leave the room until the next day when the maintenance person came in to reset the door so a key would work again. The next day we had to call more than once before the mainetenance person was sent up to repair the door.
3) Housekeeping came in only once in the 5 days we stayed. And did not replace the towels they removed. When we asked at the desk, we were told towels were out as they were being washed. We asked 3 times before we got any. We actually had to leave for our appointment without showering.
4) On a daily basis, items would run out an hour before the end of the Breakfast period.
5) Though the website indicated 24hour airport shuttle service. We discovered on arrival at the airpor that the shuttle only runs 7am - 11pm. and apparently only 1 trip per hour.
6) Some of the pillows were stained and windows dirty.
