Excellent front desk and customer service. Hotel was definitely updated but the lobby, food court, and Midway were super Smokey and at times unbearable. Food court had some good options but wished The Habit was open during the days we were there. Overall it was a good experience.

Won’t stay here again
We booked our king premier room weeks in advance for our first new years together. We checked in and were told they didn’t have any more king rooms and gave us a double queen basic room. The bed was not comfortable. The shower head was tiny and sprayed water everywhere and the drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water while showering. Also, when we checked in and headed to our room we tried to get the shuttle, since our room was located on the other side of the hotel. We stood in line waiting 20 mins and it never came. We asked an employee and he told us it hasn’t run in 3 years!?! Then put up a sign letting people know!! They also had only half of the elevators (3) running which caused long lines and 20-30 min wait times. The food court was also a disaster. Waited in line for an hour when the employee “yelled” out that they are closing and whatever food is left is all they have, they aren’t making any more.
