It was fine. However, no shower curtain And no soap in soap dispenser. I didn't discover this until i went to take shower right before bed, so i didn't bother to let don'tfeel know. I didn't want to deal with it right before bed

Not a convenient location
Reception staff very friendly. We always request no connecting rooms. After asking the question being asked to Abbey reception staff she confirmed the room was not connecting to another, we entered the room and it was a connecting room. We went back down to Abbey who then advised us that’s the only room available in the category that we requested which was a 2 queen beds, ( it was 5.15pm) when we checked in how is every room booked and occupied? She then moved to a king bed room which was fine not sure why we were lied too.

My experience… I checked in and front desk was nice but when I went to my room the bed was unmade and the trash in the room and bathroom were full. It was actually pretty creepy. But I told her I wanted to change room just in case someone comes in while I’m in there. She was fine with it.

Es fährt KEIN Airportshuttle auf das man warten kann. Man muss im Hotel anrufen, dann wird man abgeholt. Ich stand fast 1,5h und habe gewartet. Zimmer sauber und der warme Keks ist immer wieder lecker.

No power Sunday
Overall the stay was good and relaxing. The only thing that we did not like was that the hotel was without power on Sunday from 2pm until 8pm, due to maintenance going on. We were told the night before but really couldn’t do anything about it, I asked about them comping a us breakfast or something but to no avail. Great hotel just make sure they will be having power.

Great Stay!
We had a 1 night layover at LAX. We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. The hotel was clean, quiet, check in was easy, and the restaurant was great. The young lady working the bar was extremely nice and attentive.

My Stay 12/5 - 12/6/24
Hello, the bed was comfortable, room was clean. However, don't appreciate cheap bottle water being an incidental cost. I've always had a few free bottles of water at every hotel/motel. The bath/shower drain was clogged so we showered with the water pooling past our ankles.
