Not good as expected
Room is ok, service is not good, I stayed 8days, asked clean room on the 4th day, they agreed but didn't clean, breakfast is not good as others. Possibly I will not stay here any more.

Decent Stay, Great Staff
The location of the hotel is a 10/10! It's near a Target and a few restaurants including an Ihop so that was a major plus. Staff was amazing! The rooms were clean but we had to inform the front desk to send housekeeping for our 4 night stay, otherwise, they'll only come before/after check out. The only problem we had was the size of the room and the position of everything. I didn't realize we booked for 2 double beds. The position of the toilet in the bathroom gave no space to enter the shower from the back shower door. The pictures posted by the hotel may appear a bigger than what the sizes of everything actually is. We asked if it would be possible to switch to the multiple beds room. It was available but we would have had to pay more, which was fine but we really didn't want to spend more money on the trip so we just dealt with it. The hotel did give us a little discount for our stay so that was nice! Another downside was the ice machine not being on our floor. There are 3 floors to the hotel but the ice machine was on the 1st floor. The hotel is old so maybe that's why. The last downside was the breakfast. It was very basic. Eggs, sausage, juice, and cereal boxes. No waffels, bagels or toast. Not good for picky eaters. After the 2nd day, we just went to IHop for breakfast. Parking was really easy and right in front of the doors so no problems there. Although it was a decent stay, I don't think we'd stay again as a family due to the space issue and breakfast options.

Family funeral event
Have a very wonderful stay. Cleanliness was great, parking was perfect. Very friendly and professional workers. Only negative is Unfortunately my daughter forgot her phone in the room and it wasn’t turned in by housekeeping . I’d love to say I’d stay here again but I’d make sure to not leave nothing behind , unfortunately I went out there to attend a funeral, had my mind on other thoughts . phone was filled with lots of memories. I’m hoping housekeeping touches their heart and turns in my daughters phone .. no questions will be asked.

Good but not great, unfortunately
Hotel charging pretty high price, but to get bottle of water you need to ask. If you not ask, you will not get it. Also, person mentioned if I need more, I need to buy for $1, really? Hotel start make profit on water? Also, in the morning breakfast, eggs gone by 8:30. We asked when next one will be ready, and person reply in 30 min!. This small stuff disappointing. All other it was fine

Beautiful hotel
This place was so nice and explained everything upon arriving she told us if we want fresh towels and turn down to let them know the day before. Walking it it smelled so nice the cleaning people were always cleaning and the breakfast was great in the morning. Totally recommend
