Come on man…
The hotel was clean! I didn’t like the over priced activities fee! Not sure what all that was about! There are no activities!! Also the parking fee was over the top! You only find out about the two fees once you arrive! This is not cool and nothing to show for it!

Disappointed
Got to the hotel at exactly 4pm to check in. Was told room wasn't ready yet and we'd get a text when it was. Sat in a parking lot with our two year old for over an hour before using our last bit of phone battery to call for an update. After being on hold for 8 minutes, we were told the room had been ready - never got a text. The room was blazing hot on 78 degrees and still has not gone below 76 many hours later. The bathroom sink had ants crawling in it and parts of the grout in the shower are black. Not worth the money we paid.

Say was good. The 2 bedroom suite was roomy but everything felt damp. The sheets, carpet and my shoes in the am felt damp. Also parking is $24 a day and we were not tole upon booking.

The suite was perfect for our family. It gave our teenager her own space and my husband & I our own pricate space. They need to invest in more towels..we always had to ask for them or just went without washcloths. The location is great, while across the street from Universal it will take you a good 20 minutes to walk it. It would be great if they offered a continental breakfast but tgif is attached and did have a buffet.
