Ehhhh….
So… we stayed here as a family of 4 (two kids 5 and 7) for 5 nights. We were in town for a wedding and it was a leisure trip. The location of this hotel was great. It was so easy to go across the street to the beach and the pool was awesome and had tons of pool toys and stuff for my kids to do. It’s on a strip with restaurants and stuff. The negatives we had were- our room had a broken AC. The first 3 nights, the hotel kinda made excuses saying they would send an engineer up to look at it, another day they said it was broken in the entire resort so we had to live with it, then the next day they said it was fixed (but the temp went right back up again a few hours later). Finally, on night 4 they offered to switch rooms but we only had one day left in our stay and didn’t want to pack everything up. The room was between 82- 86 degrees during most of our stay. They did comp our resort fees, which we appreciated. It was just hard, as south Florida is so hot in may. I was also double charged at the little grab and go food stand, and I believe the employee working wrote in his own tip on my card. Front desk said they would look into it, but I don’t believe anything was done. Despite the amazing location, jury is out if we would stay again….
