Customer service was poor. 1) Buttons on room phone were broken, so I had to look up hotel phone number to call front desk. 2) Hold time was more than 15 minutes more than once, so we had to go downstairs to speak to front desk. 3) Requested additional blanket because "comforter" was so thin. Had to ask more than once because blanket was not delivered as promised. 4) Returned to room at 2 PM and found it had not been serviced by housekeeping. As I left hotel to do an errand, I asked front desk for service. They requested a specific time, and I specified 4 PM so my husband could take a nap. Housekeeping arrived at 2:40, waking my husband. Face-to-Face service at front desk was very helpful and cordial, but it seemed that intra-hotel communication was poor.
