"Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. We ate in all the restaurants over...

"Probably the best hotel I have ever been to..The room was spacious , beds are very comfortable, bathroom was massive ..The design amusing and the wardrobe was big..
The resort itself deserves a day or two to just enjoy it.The outdoor and indoor water parks were a pleasure for my kids..

The food was excellent- my husband loved all the food. We ate all our meals in the resort and they were all delicious.
We had complementary massages in the dayspa and Ms Thang even braided my hair between my massage and body scrub!! She was such a cutie.
Our room was an overwater villa with pool! It was lovely with comfortable...

"When I booked a room a month ago, I have received a confirmation message via hotels.com message. But when I arrived at the hotel, the owner didn't know at all about my reservation and said bluntly "no room available, you can go to my mother's Inn". The other place was dirty and old one, of course I didn't want to stay there! But somehow they were not willing to refund, hence I had to call/message "help line". My time and taxi fare to get there wasted! Watch out this can be you next time! "

"My wife and I just spent another wonderful 12 nights at the Monarque, our 4th successive year.
We honestly can’t praise the hotel highly enough; definitely the best we have stayed at in our world travels. Everything about it is fabulous, especially the service, which is second to none. ALL staff are so obliging and helpful, and do everything possible to ensure a perfect and memorable stay.
