Hotel is extravagant and great~ Good choice of pillows~ Unfortunately, the TV screenshare does not work that well when we wanted to display our monitor to screen and channel options arent that much.
A stunning hotel - the location was fantastic. We attended a performance at QPAC - a lovely walk to the venue. Breakfast was delicious. The room was stunning - beds were divine. The lift was seriously cool. Friendly staff from check in to check out. We really enjoyed our stay
Emporium is a beautiful hotel, I would stay here every time I am visiting Brisbane if funds permitted. Hi quality finishes, excellent service, stunning views.
Had a good stay. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly. The only issue we had was the amount of time waiting for drinks at the pool. Waited over 30 minutes for our cocktails and nearly 40 minutes for a soft drink. Could do with having a look at the poolside service times. The couple next to us ordered chips, when they came they asked for some ketchup. They didn’t get it until 30 minutes later after they had eaten the chips and the server put it on their empty plate and then took the plate! I found it funny but wouldn’t have been happy if it would have been me.
Lovely stay at Emporium. The hotel is new and modern. The bar offers a great view of Brisbane with good drinks and food.
Always love staying at the emporium best rooms in BNE, Only negative parking is a little expensive.
The Emporium was fantastic! We spent a week here and lapped up all the great service and facilities. This hotel has always had that extra element of lux, even though the styling and furnishings are way over the top ("glitzzy"), the service is impeccable from the moment you check in. The valet service makes it super easy to jet around Bris as you please and we loved all the food/coffee options available from the cafe downstairs, to the cocktail bar (you must try the Coco Noir if you're after something a bit sweet but not too sweet), the restaurant Signature was surprisingly good and the breakfast we had up at The Terrace was the perfect last day treat. We were lucky to have a room that overlooked South Bank and the city and the view was absolutely gorgeous with the added bonus of having a mini balcony that opens up so you can get fresh air. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in over the year, the Emporium is once again setting the standard like they did at their original Fortitude Valley position so many years ago. Thank you to the kind concierge man who promptly organised a replacement coffee for the one I accidentally spilt all over our car when we were checking out. A stressful situation made that little bit easier :)
Amazing pool, rooms and cocktails!
Great hotel! Usually not in my budget but great offers helped.
Modern luxury, well equipped and high tech amenities. Spacious rooms and dining areas. We live local and we had an amazing staycation.
