สกปรกโสโครก เหม็นขี้แมลงสาบในห้องน้ำมาก ห้องน้ำสกปรก น้ำก็ไหลน้อย พนักงานเช็คอินก็รอเป็นชั่วโมง ที่จอดรถก็ตามยถากรรม เหม็นขี้แมว ทางเข้าก็สกปรก เช็คเอ้าก็ไท่มีคนเขียนบิล พนักงานกับยามก็มัวแต่เถียงกัน ห้องก็ไม่สมบูรณ์ เสียงดังเพราะเป็นหอที่นักศึกษาพักเยอะ แนะนำว่าถ้าไม่พร้อมไม่ควรเปิดให้บริการ
