Merida - a foodie paradise in the Yucatan
Loved Merida. The food is the best in Mexico. The hotel is located a few blocks from Parque Santa Ana which is where you need to be for the cultural experience. The hotel food is just okay, so I recommend that you spend your time eating outside at the fantastic collection of cafes and restaurants.

Great hotel! Employees are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable, internet is great, landscaping and pool is phenomal, restaurant is delicious, and area is quiet. As an added perk there is a beautiful Peacock that enjoys hanging out with the gardener.
