It was an amazing stay in zagreb, the apartment was spotless, spacious and ideally located. Would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Zagreb. It was safe and secure.

No service from Irundo Zagreb
Using Irundo Zagreb, one needs to know that there is no person to person check in and the service call desk phone calls went unanswered. It took us over 1.5hrs to check into our apartment because of the difficulties to contact Irundo service desk. Irundo use an email system for check in, where they email you the day before arrive with the details to check in, except they didn't put all the details in their email for a smooth check in. On accessing the apartment in Zagreb, it was like accessing fort knox's, where the outer door to the building was locked, then the hallway to the Irundo apartments is locked and then you gain access to your locked apartment room. We had a potentially life threatening safety hazard with the exposed electrical wires hanging out of the broken power point in the bathroom. I rang and reported it to the service desk, who advised that they would send a service person to fix it. Also we reported at the same time that the shower rose mounting bracket was broken, which I reported at the same time after entering the apartment. We were there in this apartment for 2 days and no one came to fix it. Overall the room was nice but the service from Irundo did not exist.

lovely apartment and clean. very comfy beds. good Wi-Fi. very central. surrounded by restaurants, cafe bars and shops. only down side, the apartments are quite a walk from the key collection point but we were acompanied all the way and it was worth the walk. we were missing covers for the spare beds. I emailed at 10pm when we realised and within 10 mins maintenance came round to provide what was needed!!!

Although it was advertised as a 4-Star apartment it wasn’t particularly well equipped. There was no servicing of the apartment during my 3 night stay and only 4 channels on the TV. It was a great location, however, and reasonably priced. More 3 Star than 4, definitely.
