Hidden Gem
My husband and I needed accomodations near the IL Bone & Joint Institute in Chgo. We chose Ray's randomly because of the location. What a shock to find this perfect B&B in Bucktown! Who knew?! I would have been staying there for years. Everyone there, including Ray, is friendly, helpful, and just plain cool! The place is like a museum with very fun art everywhere. Our bedroom was bigger than a hotel room, the mattress comfortable and the private bathroom was like being in your own home. And, as if that's not enough, you get your own garage space with a door opener and the best breakfast in Chicago. Can you tell I like this place? Just don't stay there when I want to, ok? I always want a room available when I need one.

Wonderful B&B
We really enjoyed our stay at Ray's B&B. The neighborhood is really cute, and the B&B has a lot of character. The room was somewhat small, but very cozy. We were amazed by the breakfast menu, everything was very fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back to Ray's Bed & Breakfast!

The breakfast is amazing at Rays. You can have anything you want cooked fresh. It is well located for the blue line metro into the city. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance of this hotel too.

Great find and value
Great B&B. Bucktown is a wonderful neighborhood in Chicago. Ray is a great host and the house is like a museum full of antiques and collectibles. Breakfast is incredible! Virtually anything you could want cooked to order. The room was comfortable and the bed was especially nice. Highly recommended.

B&B firs timer
When I called to inquire about the property, staff Katrina, was extremely informative and nice. I was able to check in late, and received the code to be able to do so via message. It was my first experience with and B&B, and I was impressed with the breakfast, staff, available amenities and the atmosphere. Although it took a bit of time to find a parking spot on the street, I enjoyed my stay at this place.
