Perfect for solo travelers
I stayed here as a solo traveler in my early 30s, and I chose to book a bed in a female-only quad room. The location was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable, facilities were clean, and the vibe in the lobby and common areas was great. This is definitely an elevated hostel experience, not a super rowdy party crowd. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and I'm positive I'll be back!

2/10 Poor

Worst stay in a hotel
First of all, this hotel should stop advertising itself as a Hotel, it was more like a hostel. The rooms were very very small and you can pretty much hear everything going around - people walking in lobby, people talking in room next to you. We had two rooms - one room didn't have a functional phone, the other room's bedside lamp didn't turn on the entire stay & neither the charging plug worked, the box spring was broken as the bed was literally sinking in the middle. The ACs are not functional, used to get very hot in the room. Lighting is inadequate - felt dark all the time. Thankfully during our stay it was 2 sunny days so that compensated the room lighting. The receptionist/staff was rude during our entire stay, straight away saying NO to all requests before even hearing them out. Even a tiny cheap roadside highway motel offers a coffee machine in the room or at least the service to provide hot water for drinking/making coffee. They declined to provide hot water. As it was the holidays, everything close by for getting prints was closed - so we requested at the lobby to print out 2 pages as it was needed at the airport while checking in. But they declined that too. Lastly, we went to the bar inside the hotel around 10:30pm. We ordered 2 cocktails - none of the cocktails had even a hint of alcohol. It tasted like drinking sugar syrup with lots of ice. Will not recommend at all, specially at those prices you are better off staying in Hilton/ Holiday Inn which includes breakf
