After check-in we waited for over 2 hours for our room to be available. Front desk promised to update us on progress with our rom - but they did not. It was after 5pm when our room was ready. This hotel is described as a luxury hotel but it is not and should not be listed as a 'Small Luxury Hotel' of the world. The rooms are very small and basic, the breakfast is poor quality with staff who are not attentive, many items empty and not replenished and staff who seemed oblivious to guests needs. The exception was the evening restaurant staff who were excellent. Other guests were complaining. We will not be returning.
