Like in a dream. Beautifully restored ancient 3 bed two bath with everything you need. Must be able to walk uphill. Best restaurants of our whole trip and inexpensive. Marco and illaria are so wonderful. Best Expedia experience ever

Disappointed!
Nice location and the hotel may have been nice, but it was CLOSED DOWN! At 4:00 p.m.on the day of arrival we were standing outside the hotel in the pouring rain wondering what to do. After an hours drive to the nearest city we found a hotel for the night. When we checked our emails that evening there was one from Chalet du Lac which was sent around the time we standing at there front door. No time for us to make alternate plans. There listing should be deleted from your website until they are open for business. Very disappointing.

Modern, spacious and magnificent view over the lak
Well worth the extra miles. Wonderful bird life and very quiet. Good local restaurant at 87400, Le Châtenet-en-Dognon (5 minutes drive), right next to the church. Very good value, inexpensive.

Si vous cherchais un endroit agréable, calme simple mais confortable vous y êtes. D'abord le calme nous a marqué, ensuite une déco simple mais élégante. On apprécie également la fraîcheur du lieu. Choisi pour le spa , nous avons pu profiter de qq jours de calme loin des enfants et du quotidien pour recharger les batteries. le seul bémol ne dépendait pas de l'hôtel mais la restauration autour un peu limitée surtout le soir.
