We have stayed here many times enroute to Switzerland. We have always been very pleasedwith everything . However this time the APARTMENT HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY as only one small pan, no frying pan, no teaspoons,only one wineglass, no dishes to heat anything in microwave. Reception was not manned and I missed the instruction to submit arrival details 24 hours in advance so we had to go for a walk and come back later. Apartment was large but not well equipped. I have stayed in much nicer places for a similar price. However, good underground parking and not far to walk into centre of old town. Situated in middle is decaying industrial site which was interesting!

This is the second time we have stayed here and hopefully we will return next year and stay for a longer period. On first seeing the property from the road it appears to be derelict but once you are down the drive there is a new modern building. The original derelict part of the site is now being developed and it will be interesting to see the result. As stated in the details the apartments are part of a sheltered housing scheme for older people but don't let this put you off . The apartments are clean modern an very nicely furnished with windows opening onto,the canal. Parking is 5 euros a night in a secure carpark. The cathedral and town centre is a very short walk away and Troyes is a beautiful old city well worth a visit,
