Inicialmente ficaríamos apenas 4 noites na pousada, porém tudo foi tão bom e agradável que optamos por extender e ficar uma noite a mais. Os colaboradores da pousada são incríveis, todos muito atenciosos e dedicados. Um agradecimento em especial a recepcionista Kelly que nos ajudou em todos os momentos que precisamos. Não há palavras pra descrever o quão satisfeitos ficamos com a atenção de todos. Nosso quarto era muito espaçoso e confortável

1ª rec. que faço aqui. Foi uma das experiências mais decepcionantes que já tive, não apenas com o hotel, mas com todo o contexto da viagem a Morro. O único ponto minimamente positivo foi o atendimento da recepcionista Kelly (e isso diz muito sobre o resto da estadia). O hotel estava com lotação total, mas, mesmo com áreas comuns relativamente vazias, o atendimento foi consistentemente ruim. Chegamos ao ponto de esperar mais de uma hora e meia por uma refeição na área da piscina, sem qualquer tipo de justificativa ou pedido de desculpas. Um verdadeiro descaso. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, mas o ambiente torna tudo pior: ao lado da porta de entrada, fica a lixeira do hotel, com abertura voltada para o corredor. O cheiro de lixo toma conta do salão, tornando qualquer refeição extremamente desagradável. Quanto ao quarto, um verdadeiro desrespeito com o hóspede. Mesmo sendo da mesma categoria, há diferenças gritantes de tamanho. O acabamento é péssimo, com fios expostos, porta do banheiro que não fechava e estrutura claramente mal conservada. A piscina, além de ter a água visivelmente turva, parecia não receber nenhum tipo de tratamento. A iluminação foi desligada antes mesmo do horário permitido para uso, mais uma demonstração de falta de cuidado. Para piorar, um casal de amigos e outros hóspedes passaram mais de quatro horas sem água nos quartos, um absurdo inaceitável. Em resumo, foi uma experiência marcada por frustração, desrespeito e sensação de ter sido enganado.

Localização fantástica. Ótimo café da manhã. Mas atendimento, com regras absurdas, deixou muito a desejar. Pedimos 2 chaves. Negado, somente um cartão chave por quarto. Não adiantou insistir. Gente, até o Íbis mais comum fornece, e olha q o preço não é nem de perto de um Íbis. Como os travesseiros eram, para mim, muito altos, não conseguia dormir, pedi mais uma manta, para fazer de travesseiro. Negaram, pque seria apenas uma manta por quarto. Falei com 2 atendentes, pedi pra falar com gerente… nada. Ordem, uma mantinha por quarto. Resultado, uma noite sem dormir, usando toalha como travesseiro, duro… e a segunda noite sem dormir pque faltou energia elétrica nos quartos (noite toda), e estava muito quente, sem ar condicionado. Área comum tinha. Nem um pedido de desculpas. Outras pousadas do lado, não sei se tinham gerador ou o q, estava normal a energia.

A pior experiência de todas! Ao chegar vimos que o quarto que reservamos e pagamos caro por ele estava ocupado por outra família!! Nos pareceu má fé, o mesmo quarto reservado para 2 clientes. Nos ofereceram como alternativa um quarto péssimo, muito pequeno e sem conforto algum.
