I loved the charm appeal and traditional Lanna style decor. Very clean and comfortable and all the staff so very friendly and helpful, especially Eddie. Nice neighborhood and easy walking to many food options and massage. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend for staying in Old Town.

All the staff are helpful and friendly. They have attended to my queries and request even before I checked into the hotel. The hotel is well kept and very clean and eco-friendly. The breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. Environment is safe to walk around even late at night. I will definitely recommend Pastell Oldtown Chiang Mai if you are planning to go Chiang Mai.

What an amazing little hotel. It has been all renovated inside and is extremely clean. The people who work there are kind and helpful, and I will certainly go back! The pool is very small, but honestly that didn't matter to me since I was busy exploring the super cool neighborhood in which this hotel is nestled. My only desire is for this hotel to have an exercise room. There is an incredible outside food area that opens at 5:00 and runs until 10:00 pm. Delicious! Want the best massage of your life from experts? It's just a short walk away. How about seeing all the amazing temples? They are dotting this entire area! Incredible place, all that you need close by (including laundromat), and the rooms are really nice. I will come here every time I am in ChiangMai!

Small boutique hotel in a great location in old town. Cute pool and a nice view over the pool of the sun rising over a nearby temple. Take the backstreets in the morning at sunrise to discover Thai life and old style teak homes out of the last century. Then have some delicious Khao Soi nearby at a couple famous locations. Only a block from the ring road to easily get to destinations outside of old town.
