Primera vez que me hospedo, mi familia ha estado ahí en otra ocasión y fue su recomendación. Excelente servicio de Hugo (valet parking y botones) durante mi estancia y para Mónica (no recuerdo su apellido) pero está en el área de reservaciones ya que me auxilio con un problema que surgio y estuvo muy atenta. De las 2 habitaciones que se reservaron (421 y 423), un dia, en una habitación no realizaron el servicio de limpieza y la,añarma contra incendios es muy sensible (me parecio bien) porque se prendió con el aire caliente de la tenaza del pelo. Se que el diseño es asi pero creo que le gace falta mas ventilación a las habitaciones (ventanas para que fluya el aire) y el extractor de aire del baño de la habitación 423, no funcionaba (se comentó para su solución). Si me volveria a hospedar ahí, muy centrico y con varias vias de comunicación que facilitan la movilidad en la ciudad; el bufete estuvo rico y variado, no comento la alberca ni el gym por que no los use pero si me hizo falta visitarlos

El hotel está muy recomendable, tiene estavionamiento en las instalaciones. La habitacion es muy amplia, limpia, las camas super comodas. El baño muy limpio. El único inconveniente fue que el número telefonico del hotel no sirve y entra a un buzón, así que no me.pude comunicar cuando lo necesite

El hotel en general es bueno, pero las alfombras de el pasillo estan muy viejas y desgastadas, algo sucias, la regadera en mal estado, el agua salia para todos lados, y el lavamanos si esta muy mal, en si el baño si esta muy viejos
