For the price This hotel is ok, kind of old, is in downtown so it’s kind of noisy. But for us it was good, close to el mercado so we can walk around get some food. parking is ok. We love it.

Make sure to get a room away from the street sides unless you're okay withstanding extreme loudness. The upside is you get to see the plaza and the sun rise right from your window.

Horrible . Bathroom dirty the beds were like sleeping on concrete.. the decor was from 1973 .very very old and dirty. No AC , tv was not working and on top of that the they had a power outage that lasted 5 hours. I checked out the very next day and went to a better hotel that was 100 plus better

En las fotos se ven habitaciones lindas pero llegamos y no dieron las pésimas y pedimos cambio y mejoraron pero aún si no nos dieron como las imágenes, yo si pediría que primero revisen antes de hacer check in

Personal grosero. Nos dejaron encerrados 1 hora y 30 minutos en el estacionamiento, qué más bien es un auto lavado qué abren para que encierres tu carro y nonouwdss salir cuando quiera. Estas a disposición de que abran, si es que ml te encierran como en nuestro caso.

Todo bien, en particular la Localización, es ideal y cuentan con servicio de estacionamiento; solo algunos detalles en relación a instalaciones y mobiliario, lo cual va me imagino por ser un inmueble de algunos años de servicio es esperado; lo anterior solo como puntos de mejora. Gracias.
