Decent hotel, with good facilities and helpful staff. Good pool, decent breakfast and it’s right on the beach - Yes, it’s a little tired in places, but who cares, go for it!

The Tide Resort is located across the street from the beach which is very convenient. A 7-Eleven is just next door. There are many dining options in the neighborhood and at the hotel. The pool is very nice looking, but a little shallow for adults. Our room was a little worn down, but it had a nice view. This was a bargain for the price.

Perfect for our family

The Tired Resort
The Tide Resort, is the Tired Resort and needs sprucing up again. It’s getting old and tired. The staff are charming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are big. Not expensive and the swimming pool is really nice. Huge breakfast spread that gets you walking around. Apparently was full but felt a bit empty and soulless.

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and painless. Facilities are good, particularly, the pool and gym. Location is also nice as it is centrally located right across from the beach. Cons: The property is definitely showing its age and would benefit greatly from an update/refurbishment. Other: Breakfast is just OK, though I particularly enjoyed the options provided by the coffee maker. The area is very quiet which should be a plus, but anytime there is any noise, it stands out dramatically.

Resort looks nice from the outside, but rooms show age, wear, and are outdated when it comes to equipment like shower, TV, number of electrical outlets etc. I would recommend considering a major “tuneup” to the owners, otherwise the future of this resort does not look too bright.
