I have heard many great reviews about the hotel so I really wanted to come and stay. Everything that’s being the hotel is so true from the first step I got into the hotel, warm hospitality of the staffs, the room is clean and tidy with all available amenities. I love how welcome drink is carefully served with a traditional Thai Jasmine flowers. The hotel is located just right next to everything yet the room was surprisingly quiet at all time so I got to do my work and some reading. Breakfast is a must , it served all day and can have anytime. Ala carte but unlimited, I had Salmon in wasabi sauce as well as traditional Thai porridge, they are delicious. The staffs were is polite. I had an aromatherapy massage at the hotel and I was really surprised on how knowledgeable Ms. Kwan, the massage therapist is. She can described my problematic area in my body and helped to relieve some pain which I found very different from other spa place. It’s also a very good price! All in all, I had dive a wonderful experience in this hotel.

In general, Payaa was a good value of money. It worths 4.5 out of 5 to me. I stayed there with my aging parents for just 3 days. Service was excellent! Especially during breakfast. We are truly amused by this. The bathroom in our room was a bit dark as it was designed that way for good atmosphere. However, it was a bit inconvenient for my parents. It was totally fine for me though. In terms of the hygiene, i think it could be improved as i saw a lipstick mark on my bedding.
