Bizarre experience; hotel was deserted and no staff there; it was locked-up with a message to ring a telephone number. Basically shambolic, with no pre-warning of what to expect. When we finally spoke to someone and got instructions on how to enter the building the room was decent but there was no in room refreshment and no service to call on - breakfast, no chance. DIY and don't expect to see anyone representing the hotel.

ExpĂ©rience Ă©trange. La chambre Ă©tait trĂšs propre et confortable. La dĂ©coration de l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs Ă©lĂ©gante. Toutefois, l’accueil Ă©tait inexistant. ArrivĂ©s Ă  18h, il nous a fallu appeler un numĂ©ro de portable. Notre interlocuteur nous donne le code d’accĂšs Ă  l’hĂŽtel afin de rĂ©cupĂ©rer une enveloppe dans laquelle se trouve la clĂ© de notre chambre. Impression d’un hĂŽtel fantĂŽme sans prĂ©sence humaine , sans vie . Point “positif” , sans bruit. Petit dĂ©jeuner composĂ© de produits achetĂ©s surgelĂ©s et en supermarchĂ©. Difficile Ă  digĂ©rer pour 15 euros. Dommage car le lieu est trĂšs Ă©lĂ©gant. DĂ©calage total entre notre expĂ©rience et les avis clients de plus de 6 mois. Que s’est-il passĂ©?

Det startede dÄrligt, men endte godt. Vi havde booket et vÊrelse med balkon, men da vi kom var det et andet vÊrelse vi fik. Der var intet personale, kun et tlf nr man skulle ringe til. De ville/kunne ikke gÞre noget fÞr nÊste dag. NÊste formiddag fik vi sÄ et andet vÊrelse. Ikke en lyd om hvorfor vi ikke fik det bookede vÊrelse. Hotellet er ved at trÊnge til en opfriskning og tagterrassen ligner noget der er lÞgn. Ikke et sted man har lyst til at opholde sig. Bortset fra dette et fint ophold.

Quelle dĂ©ception !!! Payer pour une suite junior de 38 mÂČ et se retrouver dans une chambre infĂ©rieure de 24mÂČ.... Petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs moyen alors qu il Ă©tait soit-disant fantastique. Au moment de notre dĂ©part, j ai signifie cette erreur mais aucune excuse ni geste commercial pour le Petit dĂ©jeuner qu il restait Ă  rĂ©gler. Ça fait un moment que je voulais sĂ©journer dans cet hĂŽtel car nous venons trĂšs souvent Ă  la baule car nous y avons de la famille, et bien il est certain que nous n y remettrons plus les pieds !!!

Chambre et salle de bain magnifiques, immenses, dĂ©corĂ©es avec goĂ»t, bonne literie MAIS un service indigne d’un tel Ă©tablissement. La rĂ©ception est dĂ©serte, il faut appeler un 06 qui vous donne le numĂ©ro de clef Ă  prendre pour vous installer ! Il a fallu quĂ©mander tous les jours pour disposer d’un peu d’eau dans la chambre. Sommes restĂ©s 6 nuits, le mĂ©nage Ă©tait trĂšs sommaire les jours suivants notre arrivĂ©e, en tous les cas indigne du standing proclamĂ©. La chambre Ă©tait pourvue de 3 diffuseurs de parfum, pour cause et en connaissance de cause, ils Ă©taient sensĂ©s masquer les odeurs
 d’égout ! Pas Ă©tonnant d’avoir trouvĂ© un cafard dans le placard ! On sait ce que ces bestioles recĂšlent. Dommage car le sĂ©jour aurait pu ĂȘtre parfait.

We arrived close to midnight. The man checking us in was welcoming, helpful, wonderful in every way! The hotel was laid back and elegant! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed! Only a few rooms. Ours was very comfortable and clean. The people made the experience superb! Everyone was helpful, friendly, made sure every need was met. The chef prepared fabulous meals! We booked two nights then went back for a third and can’t wait to return another time!
