A terrible terrible experience. I flew in for business with my debit card and small amount of cash. Each of their card machines did not work. Then one receptionist told me the manager was coming to sort this out: then after one full hour of wasting my time with faulty card machines, another receptionist told me that I had to go away, find cash and pay and they would not allow me to stay without me paying in cash first. No manager arrived to sort this out as promised. On top of everything it was late, the hotel is far from an ATM and the receptionists spoke barely no English. A horrible and shambolic experience.
