    Great location and facility
Attached to an amazing athletic facility and convenient to Roscoe Village and Bucktown. Stayed in roomy and luxurious suite. Good parking. Breakfast options interesting and healthy. Took off a star because the only mirror is over the bathroom sink and floor was REALLY COLD next to window side of bed (no carpet and low outside was 7)...used bath towel for rug

    Not for kids
I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying with children. The indoor pool is very large and nice. However, it is a lap pool only. There is a very small pool that children can play in. When we were there 1 person was swimming laps and about 15 kids were swimming in the other pool labour 1/3 of the size. Also there are many adult only areas. The hot tub is off limits to kids as well as the football area and other areas throughout the hotel. The family area before you enter into the pool is a quiet zone. There are many quiet zones. Unfortunately their wasn't a quiet zone from music blaring from the bar at 1am. The walls of the hotel are very thin so be prepared. The beds are the hardest beds that I have ever slept in and the pillows were horrible. The biggest complaint that I have is that the sheets were not only rough but completely wrinkled. Attached are pics of the sheets.

    Amazing review
The overall experience was amazing the only thing was that there was excessive noise coming from the upstairs and kept us up most of the night . The staff was really friendly and helpful . They even suggested some places to eat that were close by .

    Health Club hotel
More of a health club than a hotel. Chlorine smell and weight equipment noises. Free parking is a plus!

Make sure your room thermostat works
If you pay luxury price for a hotel room, you should be able to adjust your own thermostat. No heat in my room despite multiple calls to the front desk. They brought me a space heater at night which helped. Room was nice, bathroom was nicer but no heat in cold weather ruined it. I wasn't even offered partial discount for no heating in room.
Paras, us1 night trip with friends
    Good 6.0
    Not staying again.
Room was nice. No fan in the bathroom, so mirrors steamed up badly, and smells...propagated...through the room. I really don't think this hotel is worth it, unless you're there for the health club. I missed that there were mandatory fees for the facilities - didn't use them at all, I just needed a place to sleep - so that was a bit of an annoyance.
