  • 8.0.Very good

This is an awesome place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful although not all speak English so go prepared. You definitely will experience Moroccan living. The drawback, and it can be major, is that is is only accessible by walking in through windy confusing alleys. I asked to be picked up by the staff, but did not get a response in time so had to take a taxi. The taxi driver was very helpful and left us a map to walk in, but it was evening and we were quickly surrounded by a group of young men. One said he'd show us the way even though we declined. Once at the riad, he demanded payment which we refused. A very unsettling experience. The name for the place is just a tiny plaque beside the door so it is easy to miss. However I still would highly recommend the place.

It definitely was a uniquely Moroccan experience and we enjoyed it immensely however the location is difficult to get to and a little bit scary in the evening. You have to walk in because its on a narrow alley in the medina. I would stay again now that I know what to expect but was a little worried when we first arrived.

Beautiful riad, staff were very polite and kind. The WiFi could have been better and even though we were within the Medina, it was a bit difficult to navigate. Walking back from the souk market was full of locals who at times, were aggressive. At night, it was intimidating to go outside and it was a bit difficult to get a late night snack.. Would be helpful if we could have water available.

The riad is out of the way of the chaos of the Médina with a beautiful, peaceful courtyard and charming decor.

The place is really pretty and the staff are all so nice but when we got to our room our bedsheets were covered in dust and had stains on the pillows and blanket. The breakfast is also pretty much the same thing everyday. Overall they had friendly staff and a pretty top floor.

This place was located in some weird place. You go through several alleys and only then are you on the main road. There are alot of motorbikes that go through this and one or 2 gangs who ask for money. Definitely not worth going to especially if you have a family. The workers are nice though but the manager is money hungry.

  • 4.0.Fair

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Staff was one of the best aspects of my stay. The building is a charming historic structure, but not everything fit well or worked well. Worst aspect is location -- taxis don't know where it is -- of course they cannot get into the narrow streets of the Medina, but they sometimes left me off at the wrong entrance to the Medina, even after getting specific instructions from people who knew. You definitely need an electronic tracking system if you book there (I don't have one.). I saw a rating of four stars out of five, which I certainly do not agree with.
