This is a nice hotel, conveniently located in the center of the NYC financial district. There are many bars, restaurants and activities within easy walking distance (only .6 mile to the 911 Memorial), and subway stations are nearby. The hotel rooms are small and pretty basic, but they are clean and our bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is safe. I would stay here again.

Overall stay was good. Room was clean, staff were helpful. However, the elevators are SO SLOW. When you enter on Stone St you have to wait on an elevator to get to reception to check in. Also, the live TV channels are a little off. The guide would indicate a TV channel such as HGTV and a specific show eg my lottery dream home however when you clicked on it another show would be playing such as ugliest house in America. This type of thing happened several times. Otherwise the hotel met my need.

I Loved everything about my hotel stay in New York. The room was excellent very very clean. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was amazing when I checked in they had hot cookies waiting for me and I guess they always smiled and was so eager to help. I will rate them a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend them to my dear friends and family.
