Issues: - bath towel got 2 big holes. Staff exchanged a new one. - found opened condom wrapper in nightstand drawer. (Will attach pictures). I guess the cleaning lady missed it but it’s totally unacceptable and gross! Informed front desk, staff came up, apologized profusely and removed it. At this point, we decided to leave right away but because of international marathon and some convention there’s nothing available so we had to stay one night. We checked out the next day and checked in Commodore. Orbitz was informed and promised to work with hotel. It’s been 4 days. Still waiting for refund for 3 nights (paid 4 nights).
