The location was great, the room was clean, but the WC was the tiniest we have ever experienced on our travels all around the world. The kitchen did not work so we could not manage to prepare a basic breakfast. So the room price was, mildly put, far too high.

El recepcionista es majísimo, nos dio un plano de la ciudad y nos dijo donde aparcar el coche. A pesar del frío salmantino, la habitación estaba muy confortable. La máquina de café nos vino genial por la mañana!

Séjour magnifique
Personnel très gentille et serviable. On ne manque de rien. Vraiment un hôtel tres beau avec des lits confortables. Je suis resté en compagnie de 3 enfants et de ma femme, l'endroit est calme et touristique et proche de tout commodités. On ne manque de rien que ce soit à l'hôtel ou dans le coin.

Una estancia increíble.
La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está en medio del casco antiguo y encima tienes un parking al lado por si quieres dejar tu coche. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tenía un baño dentro, lo cual fue muy práctico. También tenía un balcón y una televisión. La atención fue muy buena ya que le comentamos el personal que estábamos pensando en quedarnos una noche más y nos guardaron la habitación por si acaso. Así que finalmente nos quedamos dos noches y tuvimos una experiencia muy buena.

Para hacer el check in tienes que llamar a un teléfono ya que el personal no está allí. La habitación que me tocó a mí tenía 4 camas, apenas se podía andar por la habitación. Las camas son incluso peores que las de hospital. El somier era de 80 cm y el colchón de 90 cm. Las paredes son papel de fumar, se escucha todo, tanto de dentro como de fuera. Lo mejor la ubicación de la pensión. No recomendable si quieres descansar, recomendable si vas a salir de fiesta y te da igual el resto.

2泊３日彼氏と利用させていただきました。夜10時近くのチェックインでしたが、チェックインもチェックオウトも問題なくできました。毎日の清掃もあり、基本的には清潔です。(バスルームを共同利用にしていたため、他のグループがどう使うかによります...)タオルとシャワージェル、朝食(利用していませんが...)のサービスがありました。 立地も良く、観光には持ってこいだと思います。中心地ですが、夜は静かなのでよく眠れました。ただ、大人数部屋の隣だったため、若者グループが夜中に騒いでた時間もありました...そういうのが気になる方は部屋のリクエストをした方がいいかもしれません。

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au cœur de la zone dite "monumentale" de Salamanque. C'est très beau, propre et douillet. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer soi-même ses repas (frigo, cuisinette, vaisselle, etc.). Le ménage est fait chaque jour et de manière impeccable. Le seul hic : il n'y a pas à proprement parler de réception. Sans arrangement préalable, il faut prévoir un téléphone sur place pour joindre les propriétaires (qui habitent cependant tout près).

Super Stay at Sweet Home Salamanca!
My sister and I stayed one night here on our way to Madrid for New Years and had no idea what to expect. The front desk service was great and we had a two bed room with full bathroom, plus a view of the street below! We loved the city and would recommend Sweet Home to future visitors. See you soon Salamanca!

Adresse à retenir mais chambre très décevante
Nuit d'étape à Salamanque entre Lisbonne et la France. Localisation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel. Tout très bien sauf la chambre rouge et bleu durs avec un meuble-caisson métal rouge fermé à clé style pensionnat (2 lits solo), la moins jolie de tout l'hôtel. Rénovation prévue ?

Muy cutre.
Cuando llegas tienes que llamar a un número de teléfono para que bajen a atenderte. Las dos chicas que nos atendieron fueron super bordes, como si les molestaramos. Te piden una fianza de 10 € para entregarte las toallas y te dicen que las manchas no te devuelven la fianza. La habitación era vieja. Las colchas estaban sucias, las DOS colchas. La puerta del baño no cerraba. La cama sonaba con el más mínimo movimiento. El desayuno debes preparártelo tú, además de fregar tu los platos. Si bajas tarde, el desayuno es de 8:00 a 10:30, si bajas a las 10 ya no tienes de nada porque no reponen nada. Es lo que hay y punto y da igual que haya 20 personas alojadas en el hotel que 10. El wifi funcionaba de pena, de hecho terminamos desconectandolo porque no iba. Lo único bueno es que la calefacción funciona de maravilla, el agua de la ducha sale calienta y la ubicación es inmejorable.
