Our stay in downtown Rio.
The hotel is really not that bad, it is very popular with budget travelers. It is located in a rough area of downtown, we never had any problems walking around during the day and at night. It is close to all the downtown attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was pretty good. Wi-Fi is very bad, not a little bit bad, but very bad.

The images online are not how the hotel rooms look, they only have one sheet no covers and 2 of the smallest pillows ever. No one spoke English but 1 person a little it was very frustrating. We was switched to 3 different rooms the 1st room our lights didn't come, 2nd room was infested with bugs and the bed covers had stains on them and a lot of brown dots they didn't have a iron so I couldn't do the bed bug test. There was mold all over the curtains. The area was not that good homeless people and trash everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Razoável. As instalações são condizentes com a descrição. Limpeza ótima. Elevadores funcionam bem. A equipe responsável pelo check-in/check-out é prestativa e ágil. Todavia o restaurante deixa muito a desejar. As opções são poucas e o preço é alto. O atendimento no restaurante é péssimo. O caixa muito deselegante e o pior, negou-se a fornecer nota fiscal relativa às despesas no restaurante. Reclamei na recepção e foi combinado que me enviariam no prazo de 05 dias. A nota fiscal que me foi enviado não coincide com os valores pagos.

Hotel bom porem um pouco mercenarios, cobram para antecipar o Checkin em uma hora 50 reais e cobram 30 para guardar mala o que eu nunca vi em nenhum outro lugar. Porém tirando isso café da manhã na média e só a arrumação do quarto deixou a desejar, debaixo da cama tinha muita poeira pq elas não varrem

Hotel não possui Frigobar nos quartos o que acaba sendo um incômodo grande. Tive problema com a limpeza do Apartamento. Deixei a solicitação para que fosse feita e qdo cheguei não arrumaram a cama da minha amiga pq ela tinha deixado a mala em cima da cama e além disso levaram o meu cartão de acesso ao quarto que deixei no Apto e levaram as toalhas e o piso do Apto e não fizeram reposição dos mesmos. O café é bem na média, tanto que minha amiga queria fazer um misto e não tinha uma sanduicheira no salão de café.

Péssimas instalações
Péssima experiência! O hotel encontra-se muito mal conservado! Móveis e camas velhas e ar condicionado não funciona corretamente. O atendimento dos funcionários está dentro do esperado mas a estrutura do hotel ficou muito a desejar para a categoria em que está classificado.

Precisa melhorar
Já me hospedei algumas vezes no hotel. Mas dessa última vez ficou um pouco a desejar. Primeiro que o ar condicionado não gelava, estava fazendo muito calor no Rio e a noite foi bem difícil. Além disso o banheiro não tinha ducha higiênica e no 2º dia eu estava escovando os dentes e ouvi um barulho no quarto, quando vi, um dos quadros da decoração havia caído (claramente porque o hotel precisa de manutenção). Espero que resolvam isso logo porque gosto muito do local e da localização
