I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past years I used to get kind of the same room downstairs and I’m usually happy nothing fancy but comfortable and reliable this time. I got a room upstairs, not renovated. I was very disappointed, but overall the places quiet the room AC was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. I wish they would continue renovations on each room.

Close to the Palm Springs Air Tramway. Street fest was also going on. Wonderful Art Museum near motel. Large towels for pool and hot tub. There were some bugs but it is the desert so it's kind of expected. Toilet was very low. All in all a good stay.

It’s my regular motel in the city, and I always enjoy staying this place. It’s non frills motel located at perfect location close to downtown Palm Springs. Room is quite simple but clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works well, shower has enough hot water, fridge and microwave equipped, who can complain!
