This hotel had a lot of potential but unfortunately the upkeep was not being maintained well. My room had a nice view and the train station in front of the hotel wasn't noisy so that's a plus. The room was big and modern but things were getting run down. The air conditioner was loud and needs to be cleaned. There was a very strong odor of mold in the bathroom and little black mold spots all around the bathtub. Only hand towels were available and some of them had holes in them. The room doors have automatic locks and the one to my room malfunctioned a lot of the time, not locking properly until I manually correcred it so that's something to be aware of for safety and privacy. There is a communal dining/ sitting area near the entrance of the hotel that had a lot of potential to be nice but was not being cleaned and there was a lot of unused counter space not being utilized well. The microwave was covered in caked on food from being used by multiple guests. Over all I liked the view, location, size of room and comfortable bed but also noticed the things above.

Average hotel for the area
33 sq metre room was very roomy and lots of space was appreciated. However, although relatively new, maintenance appears to have been a low priority. Both rooms we had experienced electrical malfunctions on separate nights resulting in lights randomly turning on and off with accompanying loud beeping noises. This lasted all night and obviously impacted sleeping. Staff were notified and it was apparent this is a frequent occurrence as they were able to somehow re-set the electrical system. Security was also an issue as at 3am a male person was trying to get into my room. He had a key for my room number but from a different hotel. This type of incident was disturbing and could be prevented by having a basic security function in the elevator eg needing a room key to access the accommodation floors.

Nothing special, very average, rooms look much better in the pictures, the real rooms are worn and in need of some fixing, for example the loose tap. No large towels are in the rooms, only 2 small towels per person. The staff were blunt and unhelpful. There was a change to our booking so we asked if it was possible to cancel one of our 4 rooms last minute or if there was no refund we would keep the booking and all sleep separately. They said there is no refund but have to cancel or they will charge us extra for a no show fee. So we paid for the room in full but didn’t get to use it. The receptionist was unhelpful and not friendly, we asked if they could call us a taxi and they said walk to the station and get it ourselves. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Very near to Busan KTX station which is easy for us to walk over with luggage without extra transport cost. However, there is some train noise too if we open window for cool air. It is also convenient for us to join day tour because KTX Busan Station is also one of the meet up point.
