I do find the lighting in the Newley refurbished rooms is a little harsh and i miss the table lamps in the sitting areas.... just to create a less work like atmosphere. but clean, tidy and the beds are very comfy.

Hotel was close the theatre we attended. It was excellent value for money. The romm was small but big enough for our overnight stay. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only improvement, would be to have more milk, sugar, coffee and tea. Otherwise excellent, i will be staying again.

We selected the st giles due to it its great location and accses to london. We were happy with the room which was small and basic but clean, tidy and well styled. And was mor than enough as a base to explore london. Tue breakfast was of good quality, and the staff were very freindly and attentive. The concierge service was a good addition, with the ability to leave bags and explore more on our final day before heading off.

The location is really good. In the heart of London, close to the subway. However the room was RELLY small. The bed took up most of the room, there was no closet. Also, this is kot the hotel for you if you are easily disturbed, since the walls are thin. Another annoyance. I had two bookings back-to-back bookings, and when I checked in they say it would not be a problem since the rooms where the same. Still I was informed I had to move when the first stay was finished.

You will have to wait for at least 20 mins for the elevator to get to you on busy hours. Rooms are tiny but clean. Staff are helpful but they cant do much..Conference rooms are the worst I ve ever seen!
