Staff is horrendous -extremely ruud. Breakfast was often running empty and they would not refill, and quality of producys was too low for a 5 stats hotel.

The property is in a beautiful location. The upgrades are appropriate. The only thing I would like to mention is that there is a step between the bed area and the table and chairs by the window which is very tricky and I fell hurting my knee and shoulder. The step is not visible at all as it blends in with the design of the carpet . I strongly recommend making the step more noticeable to prevent serious injury to elderly clients.

Old hotel, could be much nicer. Reception staff is fine, some of the restaurant staff is really no good. Too many old people are working here and I have nothing against old people. It is just when it comes to hospitality and hotels, the old people gets their salary and they lost their “appetite to serve” long ago… and it shows. My room was cleaned and then they left only one towel in the room. There are no paperwork in the rooms, no menu, no TV guide, no hotel book with services, absolutely nothing! With the exception of cheese, breakfast is quite low quality for a 5 star hotel. It used to be a 5 star hotel many years ago, it is not more then 4 now!
