Check-in was rocky. We had reserved a room with 2 beds and had to wait for someone to come and pull the beds apart and remake them separately. Later when we asked the front desk for assistance with a problem in our room, we were told someone would be right up. No one ever came. So service was not great. The room was nice and clean, but nothing extraordinary.
