Dirty Bathroom
The bathroom was fithy, the floor had grease foot prints all over it. The air conditioner fan speed didn’t work - it was on or it was on full speed. I was there on a work trip and there was no desk in the room. The walls were dirty and marked. I advised the receptionist about the bathroom and the desk and was told the Delux room has a desk and that she would notify her boss about the bathroom - no offer to clean it. For $160 a night the photos posted are very understated- definitely do not stay here.

No sleep!
Pros: roomy, close to central town. Good beds, linen, towels. Sink, kettle with tea and coffee and cups, small fridge Cons: inefficient air con, bedrooms did not cool off much. Very noisy with ANY street noise which was often. Interfered with sleeping. No utensils, plates, knives, forks.. Expensive for what you got, nearly $2000 for 6 nights

Do not stay here if you expect to sleep well. Dirty windows face directly onto the busiest street in town with absolutely zero sound reduction. Horrible dated rooms, blinds tattered/broken/falling apart. Great location with nice staff, but as a hotel this is two huge thumbs down and you can do much better for a similar price nearby.

Great location. Unfortunately you can hear a lot of street noise and we stayed a Saturday night, so the noise was continuous through til sunrise. One of the lifts had broken down also.

The place is run down and old. I think the place could do with a new layer of paint. But overall cleanliness was okay. The location is very good, it's in the middle of the centre. Noice outside was not too bad. Staff were nice and helpful. If you expect a super nice place, you will be disappointed, but it does its job.
