Standard business hotel, bit pricy, great location
THE GOOD: Unbeatable location at the very centre of Naha. Compared to the more luxurious Hotel Collective just across the road, a little bit cheaper. THE NOT SO GOOD: Depending on how price sensitive you are, but compared to the Hotel Collective across the street the price is only a bit less, JAL is quite expensive, but a completely bland and standard business hotel, with bland rooms, bland food, and bland amenities etc... It's just like any other standard business hotel in Japan, so you get exactly that. Bog standard. So an absolutely solid experience without any failure, but nothing special - in other words, JAL Hotel is the exact hotel equivalent of the JAL airlines brand...

Stayed here for a weekend, parking not free!
Overall, good quality while staying here. Cleanliness is everywhere, especially with COVID happening. Only real downside is parking, while parking is on site with valet; it is NOT free or included with your booking. Price is ¥1,800 daily. Location is nice since it's right on the main street in Naha, and only about 20 min. From the airport

Customer Delight
Super Clean Place, Comfortable beds, location great and very helpful front desk and lobby personnel. Their Restaurant food is high quality in terms of ingredients, preparation and presentation. Would like to stay here again. Also the restaurant they recommended near by was just superb. Only one minor thing; on the morning we checked out, the person who checked us out at the front desk had bad cold and another person had cough and none of them were wearing masks. But overall great experience and memories.
