The hotel was reasonably expensive ($375 per night) for the service provided. The room was basic, as were the amenities provided. Breakfast was included but was basic and with little variety. Everything was pre-packaged.

We have stayed at this property several times for its location. Staff were pleasant but did not acknowledge us until we made a request- e.g. when we come and went and passed reception they did not look up and even when dropping the key into the provided slot at reception they did not look up or speak- very strange

overall sufficient accom and clean older style, fully carpeted, good aircon. Large gap under door so noise barrier is poor to hallway and other louder noises from other rooms. Front desk staff efficient and reasonably friendly. be advised that you need your physical credit card as they dont accept digital or via phone/wallet pay. upstairs via internal carpet stairway, no lift, so a bit of work to carry luggage up/down. Suggest if this is going to be an issue for you, then reserve a ground floor unit. Shower in a bath, and be patient as hot water takes a little longer to get up to the floor level, it seems. esp in the mornings if you rise early. Car parking is via reservation and a fee, and limited spots available. I couldnt see any free spaces, and all bays were occupied.
