Not amazing, not terrible
Stay was a bit hit and miss but overall okay. Apartment didn’t feel the cleanest but wasn’t outright dirty either. Toilet seat was not secured on toilet. The air con seemed to struggle come nightfall and the beds weren’t the comfiest with very prominent springs. Given how horrendously humid it was that weekend it was not necessarily the comfiest stay I’ve ever had but I’ve had worse! Issue with late check in, thankfully there is an after hours staff member on site. She wasn’t particularly friendly but still helped out quickly. Desk staff on day of checkout was super sweet and helpful, allowed me to keep my bags with them until time to catch my flight.

Great location, very dirty
The apartment was great and the location is perfect, however it was probably one of the dirtiest accommodations I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in a lot of apartments, hotels etc and it takes a lot for me to complain. The toilet had vomit or very old urine dripping down the front of the outside of the bowl. The pullout lounge had large chunks of black dirt on it, we wouldn’t use it, the curtains were filthy, the air con was really dirty and the rangehood filters were so disgusting and the fan was stuck on all night. We definitely will consider other options before staying here again.

Great hotel! GSA staff not consistent & RUDE!
Upon check in I have requested for a late check out at 11am because I arrived quite late for my check in - I commuted from Wollongong. The front desk granted my request. The following day - around 10am, the phone in my room rang several times, but there I couldn’t hear any voice talking. After about 10 minutes, someone knocked on my door - when I opened it, it was GSA female staff asking me why I wasn’t answering the phone as they’ve called me 3 times. I replied back and told her that I did answer the phone but I couldn’t hear anyone talking. She told me that check out is at 10am and I must leave the room asap. I informed her that I have requested for a late check out at 11am and that was confirmed. She told me that she wasn’t advised and there was no record of that in the system. I have stayed at Quest In Mascot and the staff there are lovely. I used to work for Meriton Suites as a GSA and I enjoyed my job. I know how things work. She is an embarrassment to company and Quest hotel will lose business because of the likes of her. I don’t know how she got accepted for role. I could have handled this kind of situation in a more respectful and courteous manner and I would do my best to accomodate the guest to prevent any conflict/complaints/bad reviews from happening.
