Cleanliness could be better !
Have to chase for the room to be cleaned (policy of light cleaning every 3 days and full for 7 days), and neither was accomplished without asking. Also, if you look closely under counters (kitchen & bathroom), sofa, chairs are not cleaned properly. Suggest you bring own wipes! The location is good for Chatswood, close to the station and highway etc. Mostly good street parking in the evenings.
