The hotel was very nice, but the front staff were incredibly unfriendly. Door was busted to the balcony and they offered to come fix it but it seemed it was a known issue. Otherwise, nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom shower was broken, and the bathtub was old and outdated. We needed a proper stand-up shower for comfort. Additionally, there was no complimentary mineral water provided upon arrival. The on-site restaurant was also very expensive. I regret not booking a hotel that included breakfast, as that would have made the stay more convenient and cost-effective.

The hotel was easy to find and was conveniently located. We were able to walk to various restaurants around the hotel, catch a bus downtown to Old Quebec and walk across the road to the shopping centre. The hotel was quiet and the rooms was spacious and cozy. The only negative is that we were originally checked in under someone else’s name and went up to our room and there was only 1 bed when I had reserved a room with 3 queen beds, this issue was quickly solved. We got the correct room and had a great experience overall.
