We check in at night and the walk way to the rooms looks scary. Room was huge but its was very dirty, carpet worn off and a lots of stains in it. Toilet was dirty and the walls has black stain and flies was flying around, taps, host and rain shower was rusty. Towel was old black faded with strong chemical smell. No tooth brush was given, toilet door was dirt and broken here and there. Breakfast we didn't book but we pay and went for the buffer breakfast also disappointing also. The only pleasant thing is the balcony view to the sea and mountain that all. I think the management need to look into the cleanliness to provide guest satisfaction. Coming from a clean country we accept a 4 star hotel quality but its was more like a 2-3 star hotel standard. This is not acceptable!

I ONLY like the breakfast there.Cafe staff need more skill in customer service..... Unpleasant welcoming by the front desk except for the bell boy.Room is not ready until check in time at 3pm.We got there around 12 pm ish...... After persuading manage to check in before 3pm. TV channels is not working until my check out day 4days 3 nights.Old black faded towel.Soap tray is place for soap.Shower tap is not working well.Carpet worn out....air con is not cold!
